Greetings all.
Great news, although there is still much to do.
The Electoral Area Directors on December 13, 2023, voted 8 to reject the rezoning request and 1 in favour of approving the Schnitzer Steel request.
Now we need to work on getting them (Schnitzer Steel) to move off the aquifer and out to Duke Point which would allow for their business. This will take some effort, but we are going to push for this to happen.
It has been a busy year for Pauline and myself and for the citizens of Area H to get this far. Please continue to support us as we move forward.
