I received the initial message yesterday morning. I could not believe what I was reading was in fact true.
I went to a contact I have in Comox and asked that if they had time, could they please check all of it out.
They did that and directly below are their findings.
I decided to send this out to everyone because one of my other contacts received the same untrue message this morning and the lies that are told in the initial message must be stopped dead in their tracks.

I will add here, I am very angry that when we are all so busy dealing with factual issues that we have to take our time to deal with this kind of nonsense to make sure it is stopped.
If you receive the initial message, please feel free to send this whole document out to others you think may have received it. PLEASE…remove my identifying information if you forward this post.

If you know individuals who do this kind of thing, please tell them to STOP and to converse only with those who think like they do.
We, who are not kin to those who do this, do not appreciate the waste of our time.

Lastly, I have some thoughts concerning water licenses. These have been on the large users of our water radar for at least 5 years. I cannot get over the arrogance of the large users to think they do not have to obey the laws that have been done to protect everyone. Without licenses, how do we monitor what is happening with our aquifers? Do we wind up as they have in California, Nevada and Arizona, with no water??? We do not own the water beneath our lands! Why would farmers think they do?
These are the kinds of questions that need answers.

Hi everyone. I was sent an email this morning with a long, wild, conspiracy laden rant about Outback Nursery being visited by armed and tactical-vest-wearing Natural Resource Officers. As with anything else, be careful with messages like this. I visited Outback Nursery and spoke to a Manager about this issue. Outback has been overwhelmed with inquiries about the "gestapo-like" visit they received.

Here is the actual truth about the visit. They did have "Natural Resource Officers" attend their nursery to talk about water conservation. There was a discussion about the dire state of the Tsolum River system in light of the severe drought we are experiencing. The officers emphasized the need for water conservation. They did not impose any restrictions and they did not make any demands. It was a discussion about the severity of the drought and the need for everyone to do their part to conserve water.

The email that has been circulated reeks of conspiracy theories and anti-government sentiment, but the information about Outback Nursery is blatantly false. The email states, "BEWARE: The govt. is now moving in to shut down businesses who are vitally dependent on water. They are turning up at nurseries with bullet-proof vests and armed with weaponry. Seriously! A group of four govt. officials turned up at Outback Nursery a couple of days ago saying they were from the Dept. of Natural Resources and that Outback had to shut down their business and stop using any water from their well due to climate change and the Tsolum River being low on water.

• The Natural Resource Officers were wearing Kevlar vests and were armed, but that is their normal uniform.
• There were no steps taken and no threats made to "shut down their business and stop using water”.
• There was no indication that the government is "moving in to shut down businesses who are vitally dependent on water".
• The Outback Nursery Manager did confirm that an employee is at the source of this misinformation and the underlying source of this conspiracy theory.
Please circulate this information to counter the blatantly false misinformation that is being circulated.

BEWARE: The govt. is now moving in to shut down businesses who are vitally dependent on water. They are turning up at nurseries with bullet-proof vests and armed with weaponry. Seriously! A group of four govt. officials turned up at Outback Nursery a couple of days ago saying they were from the Dept. of Natural Resources and that Outback had to shut down their business and stop using any water from their well due to climate change and the Tsolum River being low on water and Water Sustainability Act rubbish, all of which they are told to spout off, but which they actually have no idea about. By the way, Outback isn't even near the river, and they have a deep drilled well. The asleep owner was terrified and would no doubt have complied, but by chance a very astute friend of ours who works there happened to be in the office at the time, and she told these uneducated jerks in no uncertain terms that they had no jurisdiction whatsoever there, and that and they needed to go away and educate themselves. They continued to try to push their BS, but eventually they realised that they had better back off and leave, which they did. All much to the amazement of the owner, who has thrown the "conspiracy theory" label at our friend numerous times. Also the other employees, whose jobs literally were saved, suddenly thought maybe conspiracy theorists had something important to reveal, and are now eager to receive more information.

And what she told these self-appointed "authorities" is that a lot of people are now aware of their water rights that come with their properties. Those who have land patents certainly are! But even for those without having land patents brought forward in their name, a land patent is still in existence on their property, granted by Queen Victoria, and this contract can not be overridden or cast aside without being replaced by a new contract to which both parties agree. Has any of you land owners seen or signed such a contract? No. However, that contract still stands legally, and thus these wannabe bullies, no matter what govt. agency or corporation they represent, have no legal jurisdiction over the water there. OF COURSE these hired bouncers are NEVER educated about the law, their sole purpose is to use visual (eg. being armed), verbal or written tricks and traps along with intimidation to produce and gain compliance.

Do you remember the well registrations that i tried hard to warn people about? And despite how the controllers were pressuring people to register their wells (and charging them $75 for the privilege!), like everything else this was ONLY AN OFFER, and the "deadline" they gave to register was actually just the date that the offer ended. Whenever you register ANYTHING, you are giving it to the regis or king, eg. the crown/govt., and then you have to apply and pay for a license to use it. This is true of your property, your car, your gun, and even your children. With well registering, their plan is then to fit their newly acquired wells with meters, and turn the water off when you have had your small allotted amount. And the rest they will come and take for their needs you know for the greater good, or maybe dumping into the ocean.

The intimidation works really well with the uneducated, and unfortunately it worked the day before the nursery itself was hit, when they showed up at the home in Dove Creek of another of the Outback owners, where they grow a lot of the trees they sell, and whose property is actually on the Tsolum River. She was duly intimidated, allowed them on the property, showed them around, and even showed them her corporate ID! DUH! They finally left saying they would be delivering a Cease and Desist order to her soon re her water

Considering the Big Picture, which is that the controllers want to destroy our access to food and water other than the pittance they allot to us thru their control system if we behave ourselves, i would think that farms will soon be targetted, starting with the bigger ones, and especially those who are growing and selling food. And if they are located anywhere near a waterway (eg. the beleagured Dove Creek farms) they will try to use that as leverage. Dairy farms could also be on the target list as they use a lot of water how long would cows live without water? And even smallholders who sell at farmers markets etc. could end up on the target list. So please spread the word to anyone you know who might find themselves targeted, and make sure they are prepared and won't capitulate to intimidation.

These "policy enforcers" seem to be using this stupid Water Sustainability Act as their excuse for much of this bullshit, yet i doubt any of them can actually produce it or have actually even read it, but it's an official-sounding term to throw around. Apparently the Agricultural Land Commission had dismal results (25%) with compliance to well registry, so it has been handed off to a new dept. and armed intimidation is their approach. I don't know how many other nurseries and/or farms are being targeted at this time, but i would imagine that any who did register their wells will be told their water use will now be severely limited, and those who didn't register theirs will be threatened as above. These hired thugs are exactly like (maybe even are the same as) the c-v police from VIHA and Health and Safety and even security guards who were given orders to intimidate and threaten business owners and the public re masks and all the other c-v fake "mandates" a few years ago do you remember? They weren't told that "mandates" aren't even laws, and it was up to US to attempt (usually unsuccessfully) to educate THEM. And they gave out thousands of tickets to people according to these "mandates", all of which were thrown out of court when they eventually got there, becos a mandate is not a law! We discovered that the RCMP are amongst the least educated of all about what "laws" are, which says a lot about these hired "policy enforcers" who swear an oath to serve the queen/king, not to serve the public that's the R part of RCMP. They are basically hired bullies who are given free range to exercise their bullidom as they choose. We are in the same situation now with water, and various other control measures coming down the tubes. Since THEY are NOT EDUCATED, WE need to be educated, so that we can stand up and protect ourselves.

And here's a question that really should be put to the RCMP: who gave govt. ministry flackies the right to bear arms?!?!? How is it they are permitted to carry weapons in public and intimidate people with them, when the rest of us would be in jail for doing so? And did they actually carry these with the intention of USING them, should anyone argue with them about being deprived of their water? Surely this is illegal???
