Greetings all,

We are still "plugging" along with the law suit. Documents have been filed by us to the courts and we have finally received all of the documents from the three defendants...Cowichan Valley Regional District, Schnitzer Steel and Cassidy Sales and Service.

We have been told this may take up to two years to complete.

We will be starting a fund raiser to assist with our legal costs. The money we have from West Coast Environmental Law and CUPE, will not see us through the process, which is why we will be beginning the fund raiser. Please keep your eyes peeled both here and on Facebook for the fundraiser details once it is started. We would appreciate any and all help. Thank you advance!
