EDITORS NOTE:

I have gone to Will to see if he thinks we would have a shot in a law suit against the government.
I also want to know if anyone has been to West Coast Environmental Law on this issue.

Just a reminder that as far as I can see this applies to CROWN LAND and not Private Managed Land...but I will seek clarification on that piece as well.
