Small community of Spence Bridge just one of many in BC living with boil water alerts

We live in a province surrounded by fresh water lakes and rivers yet hundreds of BC communities are under boil water alerts. Spences Bridge is one of them. For the past five years the community has been advised to boil any water required for drinking or cooking. A new water system is on the way, but for many it's not fast enough. As Raffelina Sirianni reports, the delays have left residents and business owners frustrated waiting for what they call a basic human right.
